Question Need help with my PC

I’ve had some problems with my pc with my display just going black as well at the same time my mouse and keyboard just turn off the only way to fix it is to reboot my computer. It happens at random times I thought it may have been my ram or motherboard but I’ve replaced both of them and the problem keeps coming back.
It’s not overheating.
My specs
RX5600XT sapphire
Ryzen 5 1600af
Gigabyte b450 aorus m
G.skill 2x16 3200 speed
V7 500gb ssd/ boot
2tb seagate barracuda internal
I don’t get any kind of system messages about it so I’m not sure what the issue is.

So, you failed to list the single most important piece of hardware in your, or any build. What is the EXACT model of your power supply AND how long has it been in service?

550watt Corsair 80+ white only been used for around 5 months

Which MODEL is it? Is it the VS series? CV series? Regardless, these are not good quality units, unlike other higher end Corsair models. VS and CV are pretty poor quality and are REALLY not good choices for being paired with gaming cards. You should SERIOUSLY consider upgrading to something significantly better. Those units are reasonably ok when used with a low demand internet browsing or office machine, but much like the older CX models, we see problems with them quite often in gaming systems.

Also, and maybe just as important, what motherboard BIOS version are you currently running?
