Need help with my Samasung CFG70 monitor

I just bought my monitor and it has the left half of the screen with just blurred colors and i have tried multiple cords(HDMI and DisplayPort)The monitor will get worse if i try changing the refresh rate.http://

But when I make the change sources the lines go away but when it finds a source the lines pop back up.Is it a problem the cables?

I havent tried using a different cable.Is it usually the cables fault?

there is nothing like "usual" nor is it of any comfort if it usually is, except in your case it's not

try a different cable, see if it makes a difference. could be. I don't believe it personally, but it's worth a shot
