Need help with Narcolepsy

I'm stuck with narcolepsy at a very early stage, please help!

I have gone to the restaurant and met the girl Teena. She startes looking at
quarters and won't talk to me, but I can't leave either. What can I do?

I can't believe you typed all of that just to be annoying.

Next time, just say, "BOXCAR!" or "FIRETRUCK!" That way, we'll know you
are just trying to be annoying, and will react appropriately, without
wasting anyone's time (including yours).
