Hey, its time for me to build a new rig as mine is very much outdated

i have a budget of around £2500-£3000

Mainly for gaming (running a 240hz monitor) and low work stuff

want it to be built in a lian-li 01D XL
(if you can suggest a better case please tell me why)

at least 32GB 3600+ Ram RGB would be nice

Should i get a 2080ti or wait for a 3080ti?

Intel or AMD?

What build would you make with that budget?

any help would help so much.

Many thanks.

Solution
If you can wait for a month, the next gen. more powerful Intel processors will release, which is highly recommended for gaming due to its faster clock speeds.
The price difference you pay between 2080 Super and 2080 Ti is not worth the performance gap. You can wait for the next gen. NVidia cards for better performance.

If you build today, it should be something on these lines...

Thanks for the reply and taking the time to do a build, it is a hard time to build a new pc as so many things are either being held back by COVID-19 or are a few months away i will definitely wait until the new intel chips come out are they 100% coming out next month?
