Need help with new build parts

Hello all,
My current build is as follows:
Intel i5 3570k

Asus p8z77-V LX

8gb corsair vengeance ddr3 1600 ram

WD 1TB caviar black HDD

Evga gtx 560 ti GPU

OCZ zt series 750w PSU

Lg optical cd rom drive

Cooler Master HAF X case

My cpu is not over clocked yet however I have a Xigmatek Dark Knight ii night hawk edition cooler on the way and plan to try for 4.4 ghz as my first oc. Do you feel that this wouod be easily reached? (Im aware that it depends on my individual cpu)

Also I am looking into getting a new GPU and cant decide between the gtx 660 ti and the hd7950. In your opinion what would you recommend and why?

Finally, I have a kingston hyper x 3k 120gb ssd on the way with my new cooler. I plan on putting my os (windows 7 home premium 64 bit) on there and was wondering what else should go on there? (My current games take up a lot of space and a 120g ssd seems fairly small)

The only pc game that I play is WoW and my wife plays the sims 3. Im usually a console gamer however I am giving up the console and gaming solely on my pc. I plan on buying games such as BF4 once it comes out and want my system to be up to today's standards. Any other upgrade suggestions are much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

4.4 GHz is reasonable enough, just make sure the entire case gets good airflow. The 660 Ti is Better IMO It has Nvidia's hardware/software integration and can turn on some "eye-candy" the 7950 is also pretty good. The Os will bring you down probably to about 80ish GB after formatting etc. I'd cache my web browser to that drive and also put my most frequently played games on it. Battlefield 3 for instance is a pain in the butt to load, Put that on an SSD (if you have it)

Other than that, you meet all the standards of a "leading" PC.

Ok sounds good. Thanks for the response. My case has two 200mm top exhaust fans, a 140mm rear exhaust fan, a 200mm side intake fan, and a 230mm front intake fan. My psu is also going to be mounted with the fan down because my case is raised and has a vented bottom for better airflow. The 660 ti is actually a few dollars cheaper so it will save some money. I was just worried about putting too much on the ssd other than the os as I've heard that performance is affected once it reaches a certain amount of space taken up.

Your fine on cooling and Good SSD's like your aren't easily affected, that only happens when TRIM isn't supported and files don't erase. Your SSD will be absolutely fine but don't fill the last ten GB is all I'd recommend.
