Question Need help with new build not working!

I just got my parts in for my new build and set up everything, however as soon as I plug the PSU in or turn the switch on all the fans and lights run for a few seconds then stops. The MOBO is still lit up but I can’t turn the pc on with the power button, I’ve checked all my cables and my power switch cables etc are in the correct pins. Anyone have an idea why I can’t turn it on?

Build spec:

Asus Prime z390-A
Processor I7-9700k Lga1151
Corsair Vengeance DDr4 3200MHZ
Cool Master Water cooling
GeForce RTX 2060
PSU Thermal Take 850w

1. Check the onboard Leds for what error(s) you got, more info from manual page 1-13. https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/PRIME-Z390-A/HelpDesk_Manual/
2. Because you had the water cooler, make sure you install it correctly, including the wire connection too.
3. Also make sure there is not any bent pin in the cpu socket too.

After extensively combing through everything and dismantling my whole set up it may have come down to my MOBO shorting on the case or I overtightened because it ended up working outside of the case
