Hello all! Long time no see! 😀 My friend recently asked me to build a powerful 4k gaming/4k rendering machine with a budget of 1800-1900 dollars. So far I have made a build on PC Part picker, but I was wondering if these parts are the best value for the money, he stated that he did not need anything overkill, just perfect for his needs, and now that the gtx 1080 came out, I'm waiting for the price to drop to $599.99. However, he said the most important thing to him is the overall speed of the desktop and Windows 10 (Such as browsing, opening/closing programs, boot speeds, and responsiveness) If there are any edits you want to make to this list, please do so and advise me on as many things as you want! Thank you in advance 😀

You should wait for the 1080 or the 1070 as buying a 980ti rn isn't really a good thing to do considering it will dropp in price pretty soon. Otherwise I suggest you get more fast memory as 4k files are big.

Yes I know, the gtx 1080 is 699.99 for founders edition, I'm waiting for the gaming version which will cost 599.99, I used the 980 ti as a reference since it has the same price. Also would you mind selecting fast 32gb ram for around the same price? Thank you!
