[SOLVED] Need help with new PC build that will run 3 moniters.

It needs to runs fast so it will not hang up when watching or recording video streaming. Also used for web browsing, Docunments, PDF conversion, spreadsheets, and converting the videos to various formats. WiFi iss not needed.
I have windows 10 Pro, Monitors, 2 DVD drives, KB and Mouse and both Both a 1TB HD and 500GB SSD. Looking to spend Up to $600

I'd personally go for a 9700K/Z390 combo with at least 16 GB of DDR4 3200 MHz RAM (I went with 32 GB Gskill kit, 16 GB x 2) 2 years ago 'just because'...but it was only $200 back then...)

Some might opt for the 2600X or even 2700X with a B450 mainboard from AMD...for the extra threads, which do help in many apps (No arguments there), and, will likely run about $100 less at least.

You will need a GPU, your budget will likely not allow much past an RX580 or GTX1660....$600 might be stretching it as it is, and I have to assume you have a case and PSU already. If not, for sure drop down to R5-2600 and B450 combo...; $600 only goes so far....

I do have an older NZXT Apollo Black SECC Steel Chassis ATX Mid Tower Computer Case in my older computer which is still working.
I will check the costs on your recommendations and see which will wor with my budget.
