Need help with no signal

So I asked here before and I switched out the RAM to make it compatible but still no signal on my buddies computer. I've built many computers before for myself and I have never ran into this issue. No BIOS splash screen no nothing........... Any help would be greatly appreciated......

This is the wrong memory for your setup. I recommend removing it.

AMD FX-9590 requires Liquid CPU Cooling on that motherboard.

POWER REQUIREMENTS for 2 Radeon 390's is 1000 watt minimum.
I would try using just one for starters. 750 watt power minimum.

Buddy, no offence but I updated the RAM that is compatible. I said it in the specs above. And I am only running 1 GPU. The CPU has a good enough Heat Sink.

Power supply needs 750 watt minimum. You won't get any signal if the card won't start.

I have a 1000 watt PSU, so that is not the issue. It's a tier 1 psu as well.
