Need help with OC . AMD FX 8320 OC

Hello, i want to overclock my FX 8320.
My MOBO : GYGABITE GA-970a-UD3P

There is settings. Which ones i should change?. I want to overclock to 4.0 ; 4.2Ghz.

raise the clock ratio to 20.0, and make sure that the cpu is unlocked, and raise the voltage by ~0.025v, and boot. run prime95 for a couple hours, and if no errors, you have a stable 4.0 ghz

MY voltage is set to auto. Is that ok?

eh, i wouldnt trust it, i would set it to manual and raise it yourself.

What number u should write then? 1.xxx?? Maybe 1.330 . Or that is too low? How u do i know correct voltage?

By the way, i am checking stability with AIDA64.

i would try 1.35 first, if unstable add 0.1v until its stable, and dont go above 1.425v at that speed.

Ok, currently testing, i set my voltage 1.35 . Everything seems ok. When voltage was on auto, sensors sometimes showed over 1.4 voltage. Now it shows 1.32 all the time. running on 3.92ghz 99% . Also temps are lower

nice for the most part, the lower the voltage, the cooler the temps.
