Hello guys i was running aida64 stress test on CPU at 4.4ghz clock for 24 hours and highest temp i had was 64C, i could play games like csgo, lol all day long and nothing happens for my pc, highest temperature gets to 42C. But if i try to play games like fifa16, or nba 2k16 my pc freezes and i was trying to run memory, harddrive test - all passed. After doing some research i tried to run cache stress which failed in 10 secs, and i dont know what is the problem, cause recently i updated my bios and my clock was always at 4.4ghz, and i went back on bios to previous version, but now it fails at 4.4ghz clock :/,

My specs:
CPU: i5-4670k clock @ 4.4ghz
Motherboard: Asrock extreme 4 z87
RAM : corsair vengeance 8gb clock at 1600mhz
Cooling: Corsair Hydro Series H75 Liquid

im changing my motherboard soon to msi z97, maybe that would help.

Solution
i solved the problem, changed my motherboard to msi z97 gamer 5 and increased my cache voltage up to 1.485, fingers crossed running stable for last 6 hours, even temperature is a bit lower, i guess msi is more stable, than asrock. Thread can be closed now.
