Ok, so a little backstory: I decided to play my Xbox last week because I haven't in ages. I found my modded controller and none of the mod buttons on the back worked and the joysticks don't light up anymore. I remember having issues with this about 6 months ago and the solution I came up with was to tape the battery pack to the controller because it wasn't on tight enough i guess and that seemed to fix the solution. Now, 6 months later, nothing works and when i tried to open it I came across this:
The control has two different type of screws (probably because it is modded): both of them are Torx screws except one with a bulb in the middle and one without. Here are some images:
this is the tool I used to get the flat screw out (the T8 screw driver didn't work for some reason on this screw but worked on the default xbox controller), this is a 1/4 inch:

If anyone has a solution as to how I can unscrew the bulbed screws it would be great.
