Need help with overclocking i72700k

Just got finished building my monster computer and now i need to overclock my i72700k im a complete noob to overclocking so please explain what i need to do in bios and elsewhere. Im hoping to get my cpu to 5.0
my specs are as follows:
i72700k
h110 cpu cooler
asus p8z68 v pro
1250 watt ocz power supply

Raise the CPU multiplier and run a stress test, if it's stable and not too warm go ahead and increase it more.
Keep increasing the multiplier until it becomes unstable and crashes, that's when you increase the voltage.
