After looking around on the net at pre-made computers I decided on building my own, however this will be the first ever computer I've built and I have no clue what to even look for.
I'm wanting a powerful computer, that will give me high FPS on games, I currently play the following games (with lots of CC):
Minecraft
The Sims (mostly Sims 4 but I have all the Sims 2, 3 and 4 games).
Games I'm interested in:
ARK: Survival Evolved
Skyrim Elder Scrolls V
Wolfenstein 3D (the old 90's version)
Doom Classic (the old 90's versions)
Slime Rancher
Stardew Valley
to name a few, I'm sure they'll be more later on.
What I'm looking for:
As far as a PC that will handle Minecraft I would love HIGH FPS (my current dying PC I can barely get 30 FPS, which means sluggish gameplay I hate it. I want smooth gameplay with as little lag as possible (this goes for all games not just Minecraft). I also would love to use shaders occassinally (preferably high/ultra ones). Also I tend to use LOTS of mods in the game so need plenty of space, memory whatever.
With Sims I use a lot of CC in the game (usually "high quality" custom content) so love to have nice high FPS and smooth gameplay with this as well.
The other games I listed I've never played before but I'm insterested in them again would like high FPS, smooth gameplay, highest possible settings as far as graphics and gameplay.
Max amount I can spend: $1,500 (or less if possible).

I've decided while I was at it I would also purchase a new monitor (a second monitor), one used for smooth gaming, I've been looking around and found one I'm possibly interested in, the Samsung 391 Series C32F391 (link: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824022403 )
Is this a good monitor for gaming, or if you have a suggestion please feel free to suggest, max I can afford for a monitor is $350 for the moment.
Also my computer's mouse (a old wireless Logitech mouse) is acting up, may as well get a new one of those as well; this one doesn't really matter, gaming mouse or a wireless mouse as long as it's good and works I'm fine with it lol. Max I can afford is $60.
Need to know anything else let me know. Wasn't sure exactly what all to add to the post.
Thanks for any help, it's greatly appreciated!
