First, edit posts, don't keep bumping the thread.

You still have a 4790K paired with the 750TI. I would honestly drop down to the 4670K, or the 4770k if you want to keep 8 threads for some reason. Drop the wrist strap, not needed. And you need something bigger then the 750TI. 280/280x, or the anything bigger then the 760TI. 270X if you must.

With games these days, you'll need a minimum of 1TB for game installs. If your just gaming, an I7 is a big waste, just go for an I5 and save some money. 8GB is good, but you could future proof yourself with 16GB. You can also get a 600W modular PSU around $60. I have a CX600M that I got off Newegg for $50-$60. My advice though, skip on the I7 and use the money saved to get a better GPU like the GTX 970.
Also, forget the wrist strap..

Really? Even in Australia where he is? I had no idea parts were so cheap there. You might want to show him as that's a great deal. 1TB is great, but at 30GBs an install you should be able to get ~8 or so on a 250GB drive. I'm guessing he wants to put windows on the 120GB he is getting and use the 500GB and 750GB for games so he's fine there. I'd drop to a 4670K, 8GBs of ram, keep the drives he's listed, dump the wrist strap, keep the PSU he has listed now or switch to the 520W Antec HCG, and spend everything else on the GPU. Up to whatever the budget allows.

My apologies. Didn't realize he was in Australia. Definitely drop the I7 and get a better GPU though.
