Need help with PC bottleneck

Alright so last night I upgraded to a GTX 750 Ti from a GTX 750 and I also upgraded my 7200RPM hard drive to a Samsung 830 series SSD. I have an AMD Phenom 9600B as my processor. 2x2GB's of Hynix DDR2 800Mhz RAM and some Hynix DDR2 533MHz RAM which I think is the bottleneck, you tell me. I get no FPS boost using the 750 Ti over the 750.

First of all, the GTX 750 Ti is a minor upgrade to the GTX 750 and it doesn't surprise me that you aren't seeing an improvement. Secondly, if you have a bottleneck it is likely with your CPU. That is an older Phenom model with a clock speed of 2.3GHz. This is relatively low by today's standards...

There would be a performance increase, but you would be better spending $50 on a pentium g3250, $42 on z87 mobo. $25 on 1600 ddr3.
