Hello,
i am thinking of building new pc and i really need advise.
I work as graphic designer i use some of adobe programs ( photoshop, illustrator, after effects...). sometimes i play some games league of legends, minecraft ( nothing fancy), and i also watch A LOT of 4k movies , i stream from pc to samsung tv ( using plex ). Current pc cant handle transcoding, it stops and buffers a lot... could anyone suggest pc build arround 700eur/usd.
thank you

Solution
Pretty sure the 4k buffering is your (assumed) WiFi connection.

Will this be a laptop/desktop? If desktop, any size restrictions (or mITX,mATX,ATX). Are you building it yourself or buying a fully assembled PC.

What country specifically? Can you list any websites you'll be shopping from?

i think this is probably one of those times Amd outshines the competitors, get a good amd setup. im assuming all you need is cpu motherboard gpu and ram maybe a few fans correct? if so a 2700x with a OC mobo a nice cpu cooler, good high mhz ram and gpu should be well under 700 usd. as for a gpu im not sure lots of amd fans here who would be able better direct in regards to model for amd gpu's

maybe you could be more specific?

AMD is (for now) the way to go, atleast till Intel comes out with the new 10nm CPUs and we can see how those new cpus play with the core/thread count.

As for what to buy logainofhades (just a few post away from your orignal one) already point you out to a really well balanced build for the amount of money you said.

In my personal opinion I wouldn't expend money on DDR4 4000MHz, Anything above 3733 MHz is just way too expensive and really not worth it performance wise.

If youre 100% sure your SSD and HDD are worth keeping, then you could try and modify what logainofhades already and add extra 16GB of RAM to the equation with some 2x16GB DDR4 3200/3600 MHz Kit

Cheers!
