need help with pc pc restarts when i am about to play a game HELP ME

i have a pretty good pc and when i join a game on csgo the game my pc restarts itself and its also been getting higher idle temps Ive been thinking its my job i did on the thermal paste because i think i put a little too much on the cpu or there might be something wrong with the gpu because it looked like someone had scratched it in some places on the pcb when it first came
also when the pc restarts its says 11 which im not sure if its saying 111 or 11 degrees
i really need some help on this.

To rule out the graphics card try starting your game on the intergrated graphics and see if it still restarts .
Is it only that game that it restarts ?
Use hwinfo64 to monitor your temps and post.
I cant seem to find that code please recheck .
Start with that and we will go from there.
