Question Need Help With PC Underperforming(6700xt+5600x)

Just finished my PC build and I noticed a lot of games are underperforming. I have a 6700xt and 5600x. Fortnite especially with all low settings my fps high is 144 and low goes into the single digits at times. Minecraft is well under 100fps. I am not sure what benchmark to try to see what the problem is but if someone would recommend I would post the results here so you can take a look.

According to this I should be getting very good framerates and high resolutions. Yet the card still underperforms in game. Should I reinstall windows and drivers?
