Need help with pc

everytime my pc starts it will get to the windows starting page, it will crash but i can only use it when i under clock it to about 2ghz....

Maybe your CPU is overheating,and is automatically turning off due to high temps. Have you checked whether the CPU cooler is attached properly and/or there is thermal paste

ive checkd on bios/coretemp and it stays at around 60 c
