Question Need help with PCIe Riser cables

right now I currently have my PCIe 3.0 Graphics card connected to my Mobo's PCIe 4.0 and it works fine, I'm considering having a vertical GPU in the near future, can I use the standard 3.0 riser or do I need a 4.0?

You can use a 3.0 riser.
