Need help with picking a monitor stand? help please!

OK guys i just got the last part i needed for my new build. A 40 inch 4K Monitor But i need a monitor stand thats vesa and i can push the monitor farther away for when i play first person shooters but also need to pull the monitor closer for when i sit on the couch and want to watch a movie as i use my PC for EVERYTHING, web browsing and gaming, movies etc. I pulled my computer desk about 3 - 4 feet away from the wall so if you guys have any ideas of a monitor stand i can get i can easily push it back to the wall so i wont be giving myself crazy eye strain! i know someone out there has a great solution!

preferably if i can pull it about 3 or 4 feet close to me than another 3 or 4 feet pushed away from me
