Which option is better to pickup?
1.Asrock Z370 Pro4 + i5 8500(OC to 4.1)
2.ASRock B360 Pro4 + i5 8600(not OCed)
I hope for your help. To option 1 i would pick 3200MHz ram and to option 2. 2666 because it support only that speed of ram.

Solution
To be able to do OC of a coffee lake processor you need both a Z370 mobo and an unlocked processor ("K"). The I5-8500 is locked and can not do OC with it even with a Z370 mobo.

With the Z370 you can do OC to RAM and upload it to 3200 MHz. However, in Intel Coffee Lake, the advantage of a 3200MHz RAM compared to a 2666MHz is very small and you would not notice the difference.

Therefore, the best option would be 2.ASRock B360 Pro4 + i5 8600 (not OCed)

But can't you oc non k CPUs to their turbo clock? I think you can.

Yes of course. The I5 and I7 have the function of turbo boost. You do not need to take any action to activate the turbo boost. All mobo have the turbo boost activated by default. The turbo boost acts more or less depending on the temperature and ventilation conditions of the chip. In general there is no difficulty in getting these conditions.

Technically, the turbo boost is not considered an OC. This is important because the OC can invalidate the warranty and the turbo boost does not.
