Need help with Power Supply

Hi, My power suppl has 650W and the Output voltage is: +3.3V +5V +12V1 -12V.
Is the voltage how it's supposed to be?

Maybe add the current voltages? Like this,

the Output voltage is:
+3.3V= ...
+5V=...
+12V1=...
-12V=...

or check for yourself,
