[SOLVED] Need Help with PSU?

Old pc config was:
cpu: amd Sempron 140 am3
mobo: asus m5a78l-m le
ram:8GB ddr3
hdd: 1tb wd blue 64mb
gpu: IGP radeon HD 3000 - integrated on mobo
psu: 550Watts, I replaced it recently ,because the old one just died on me(it was 400w no-brand). The brand is Aerocool lux 550W, 80+ efficiency bronze.

New config is , upgraded from old one:
cpu: fx 8300 , am3
mobo: gygabyte 970a-ds3p fx
ram ; 16gb ram ddr3
hdd: 1tb wd blue + 2tb wd blue
gpu: nvidia gt 1030 ddr4 2gb
PSU: the old one is 550watts and it wont boot up at all.

Do I need more watts ? Or Psu is incompatible with graphics , or PSU is too weak for GPU gt 1030?

What I have done so far was:
I used old mobo asus with fx 8300-cpu, 16gb ram, 1tb + 2tb hdds, and run on IGPU radeon hd 3000 and the psu 550w runs it well, but when i add gt 1030 on old mobo-there is a slot for external video card (asus m5a78l-m le it wont start up at all).

So how to calculate how big psu should be for my new pc config? Please help me . I will buy another PSU , if needed.

You wont need more than 450w/550w but it has to be a quality unit. That Aerocool is as bad as it gets. Get something better...

is 1000watts enough ? I turns out that different brands make psu that
are equals in volts and amps in range of 550watts.
Most brands have efficiency of 80%, which means I need more watts .
Am i right ?

You dont need more watts, you need a better quality PSU. Refer to the chart in my above post.

I go to the local pc shop with my acient pc in my hand. They let me try 2 psus:

1. EVGA 500B - doesnt boot
2. Raidmax 1000w bronze rx-1000-ap-s - the system run well.

I have bougth the second one.
