Need help with purchases

So, I have learned that my CPU that I was recently given has very poor gaming capabilities. I would like to know what information I would need to know to install all of this:

I would like to know if this stuff is compatable with my computer, but I would need to know what to look for first. I already know that the memory I need is DDR2 and I know that 850-Watt should be enough for my computer. I am running on windows vista. Please tell me what to look for so I don't buy three hundred dollars worth of equipment and have none of it be compatable.

Also, is this stuff enough to run Skyrim? Just wondering.

What is your Motherboard?
What is your Computer?

Well, I have an Intel Pavillion a6600f PC with Intel Pentium Dual-Core Desktop Processor. Is there anything else that I need to include?
