[SOLVED] Need help with radeon settings for smooth.

Hi community,
i need help with my radeon settings, for fifa 19.
It is not so smooth and have some laggs.
But other games i can play smooth, maybe it is because fifa 19 is a online game.
i show you a screenshot, and maybe you know, which settings are best for me.
My PC:
CPU: Intel i7-8700k
GPU: Saphire pulse radeon vega 56
Mainboard: Asrock z370 extreme
RAM: aegis 2x 8gb 3000mhz
Cooler: Thermalright macho HR 02
SSD's: Crucial 1TB
Samsung Evo 860
Power adapter- 650watt seasonic focus plus gold
Windows 10 pro n

If FIFA19 is the only game with the issue, you may want to see what sort of ping times you're getting when on that game. Also might want to make sure your motherboard BIOS is up to date, that you're networking drivers are up to date and that your GPU drivers are also up to date.
