Need Help with Ram and PSU

I have been looking around for a nice computer, and in the end have decided to build one myself. I will be using it for gaming and video editing. I don't know a lot so I tried researching a little and pretty much this is what I have gathered so far.

The things I would like to have:
NZXT Guardian 921 RB
i5 3570k CPU
Asus P8Z77-V - LGA 1155 Motherboard
Corsair Hydro Series H110 (If it fits in case, if not the Hydro Series H100i )
Gigabyte nVidia GeForce GTX 660 OC 2GB
2x 21.5inch Monitors
Western Digital 3TB Green 64MB SATA 3
Pioneer Blu-Ray Writer (BDR-208DBKS)
Windows 7 Premium 64bit
$1200 without Ram and GPU(Australian Prices)
Budget is $1400

Need help on what ram whether to use 8 or 16GB, decent PSU and if I should get a better GPU.

Is this decent for the price range? If not, what would you recommend for $1400.

Green = energy saving and slowwwwww. For video, ya want the WD Black

for the MoBO get the ASUS P8Z77-V LK

I don't see the Corsair H series ... to noisy, no cooling advantage over air coolers at same noise level.

Id use 16GB (2 x 8GB) of at least DDR3-1600, CAS 9

Two 650 Ti Boosts beat the pants off a 680 for less money.

This was $1320 on April 30th on this side of the pond....be a bit more down under and ya cant get the newegg combo discounts.
