It will work. Will at work at 3000mhz when you enable xmp? maybe. If you want a list of ram kits that your specific motherboard supports, check out their qvl on their website.

never heard of XPG until today. It also not on the QVL list (no surprise) . These sticks are though Patriot Viper 4 16GB PV416G300C6K . $10 more for a piece of mind. Plus a quality brand. https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820220977

Edit: Looks like XPG is rebranded ADATA? Stil iffy....
