Need help with ram

So i have these https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231888 and i overclcoked them to ddr4 3000 and set voltage to 1.35 and pc turned on fine and was getting significantly more fps in bf1 with a i7 7700k and gtx 1080ti also have a asus rog maximus ix motherboard. then pc gave me a bsod and said pfn list corrupt so then i did ran a windows memory diagnostic and was told there was an error so i set the bios to default and ran the windows memory again and got no error detected. is there anything i can adjust in bios so my ram doesnt cause BSODs also i have ram in third and fourth slot would moving ram to second and fourth help?

So I have ddr4 rip jaws these https://m.newegg.com/products/N82E16820231888?_ga=2.112812036.1067385079.1532919400-52570958.1532919400 and I wanted better performance so somebody on here told me to overclock to 3000 and set voltage to 1.35 did all this and pc turned on fine and I was getting way better fps but got a bsod and said pfn list corrupt so is there anything I can change to keep ram overclocked or should I go back to default also I have ran in 3rd and 4th slot would doing 2nd and 4th be better in mobo which is asus hero ix Maximus
