Need help with Razer Arctosa

Guys I have a Razer Arctosa which is a very nice keyboard but when I switch to the gaming mode rather than just disabling the windows key it disables Shift,Ctr And Alt keys also.I know it's not a big issue but.....
What's going on??
I'm on Windows 7 64bit with the latest driver provided by Razer on their Website.
