Need help with Recording gameplay...

Hey Everyone,
Any idea what software is used for recording gameplay and on the video it shows the CPU, RAM, GPU usage with temperature? might have seen those videos on youtube a lot.
I use Fraps but i can't get to bring those extra info about cpu, ram and gpu on screen when recording , it only shows FPS.

There are a number of different game recording softwares that use customizable overlays. Check out PlayClaw or D3DGear.
