Question Need help with replacing my Psu

Hello folks, I'm new here, so If I am a noob please forgive me. Thank you for taking your time reading this question, I really appreciate your help.

I tried asking this question on reddit but got no replies. I tried to fix my pc months ago, It wont turn on. The back of the pc has the green light but won't power on. When ever Plug in the mains and try to turn it on, the green light vanishes. It's a HP slime line

I think it is a psu problem it's a tfx PSU. The rectangle looking type not the standard cubes ones. I watch Linus tech tips on YouTube and read guides and forums could not find what I was looking for.I don't have the equipment to check the PSU if it is working. The thing is over 5 years old. I'm worried that since it's a Oem pc or parts are custom, So I might not be able to change the it.

I have searched on Amazon, they do Tfu power supply units but I'm not sure if I am able to change it, unplug the cables from the old power supply unit and fit in the new one. Will the cables work with the motherboard ?

from the pics provided i have no clue what the specs are would you be able to list them(btw shouldnt have taken that cooler off your cpu would reccommend getting new thermal paste as reusing thermal paste after removal will not create a good seal meaning it might increase temps of cpu)
