My new Samsung J6300 smart tv connects to my wi fi network (wireless), but won't connect to the internet. Any ideas about what might be wrong? One possibility : When going through the initial set up, the tv automatically chose the IP #s; how do I know if they are correct? If not correct, how can I change them?. The cursor only skips to the 2 "automatic select" items and will not highlight the other items to allow for a manual change. There is no "change from automatic to manual" option that I can find when entering through "menu".
