Need help with Samsung Galaxy

I'm having emolgies and advertisements pics of the date time n weather cartoon pics all randomly showing up in my gallery. This just started about 2 months ago the first time there were 10,000 pics randomly came into my gallery I had to delete which took the whole day because they can be mixed in between my pics every day all day I have to delete from 50 to thousands everyday please can somebody help me I've went to a verizon store they don't know n I called verizon they tell me to get rid of some apps because when they update there can be problems I've had this phone for 2 yrs with the same apps I've checked permission's in apps I Ask people with a Samsung n no one else has this problem why me what's going on please help me I would appreciate it very much thank you Maureen

I'd save your info and files and wipe the phone to factory defaults.

Oh I'm sorry I had no clue that's what is was looked like u were selling a nintendo but I do have a malware protection verizon at the store said it's probably an app n delete some apps I don't think that's what it is . Or an app with some something conecting to my gallery

Run it and do a full scan,
but I also agree go thru your apps. Chances are you allowed permissions to an unsavoury app

Well I just ran it I noticed external n internal files weren't checked off so I checked it n ran the virus protection n nothing was bad all good so Idk if they will be back

Ok so i youtubed this problem seems to be a problem with picasio album. I followed all the instructions and nothing worked retried again n then restarted my phone. Nothing nothing is working . Omg im about to throw this phone clear across the globe.

As I said before, save your files and contacts from the phone, do a factory reset. If you don't want to do that, tossing the phone will solve your issue also since it will likely break, requiring a new phone with no issues LOL

Cool lol i love the last sentence answer. Im do for a new phone anyway but this time in going with n iPhone ... i havent done it yet since Christmas broke me so ill suffer till maybe another month lol i just pray this problem doesnt follow me since it has something to do with my pics . I have no clue why the picasa does this i have pics in there of mine but for some reason all these emolgies invite themselves in lol dam them. But thanks anyway to all who helped me!! Maureen

Well I got rid of my android gallery s5 and that will be the last of an android phone again . I bought an IPhone 7s plus I’ve never been happier, what a big big difference thank God and thank you to all who helped me!!
