[SOLVED] Need help with screen pixelate and crash

I'm not really sure if I have a bad gpu or somethings up with my pc.

Have an rx 570 from an old build and put it on my new 3600 rig.

I'd lean on that it's a GPU (hardware) problem as I've seen similar things with bad GPUs....and I would take the GPU and try it in another machine to make sure.

Feared as much. I don't have another machine to test my GPU on so I'll try to reinstall the driver

That's something to try. You could try and use DDU first....which will completely uninstall your old driver.

...but it looks to me like it's the GPU. I think there's a chance it may not be...but if I had to bet...I'd bet gpu.
