Need help with slow wired network

Hey guys I need help. Best buy geek squad couldn't even fix it.

I have a NetGear AC 1750 and a 80MB Internet. (everything I am about to tell you is wired not wireless)

On my router (wired) is
2 Xbox Ones (port 1 and 2)
This PC (port 3)
A computer that runs my TV (port 4)
A 4TB hard drive (USB)

I cant stream and of the Xbox ones on the highest setting. On high even Minecraft just drops down to about 8MB sec. Everything is running slow. I've called Netgear. they tell me it my internet. I call Charter (my internet) They tell me its the router. Everything in there router is stock. I have not changed anything but the password.

Also an Odd fact 2 Xbox Ones both have a 4TB hard drive. (one self powered, one powered thur USB) The one that is port 2 (the USB powered) loads about half the speed as the other.

Is all this linked? Why is my network crap? Before you ask My computer has a "Killer E2200" Network card. Also my Router shows everything running 1GB. Speedtest.net shows 74MB.

Any Ideas?

it could be your phone micro adapter try it without this and plug the line into the wall socket and not the adapter you seem to be going in circles here. that was the case for a friend of mine
