Need help with sound coming from cpu area and mobo. See video

Hi All, I've just done my first build, all went smoothly and software set up was easy. All temps and fans are running, the system is generally running sweet! Only issue is this terribly annoying sound, I have this computer in the living room and the sound is constantly heard across the room. It's not loud, but always there. Any help would be great, thanks....The sound is coming from the cpu area and doesn't seem to be coming from the cooler fans but more at the mobo area.

gpu: Msi gtx980ti 6gb
mobo: Msi Z170A xpower gaming titanium edition
cpu: Intel CORE I7-6700K 4.00GHZ
cooler: Coolermaster gtx v8
850w Evga Supernova g2

audio is not too clear...
u shd recheck the assembly of the components...if they have been done properly...
maybe reassemble it again...
re-seat the cpu and heatsink...

Thanks Hellfire13. I think that's the only option. I just thought I'd check and see if anyone else has had a sound like this before I pull it all apart. It really wasn't easy getting that cooler on so possibly it's not seated quite right like you said

cud be...or also it cud be possible tht u have a cpu cooler with higher cfm...those tend to make some noise...
