Need help with specs

Hi all im looking to order a new lappy and need a little help with the specs. I have scoured the net and looked at lots of different laptops with differing configurations but at the end of the day i dont really know what im looking for and what goes with what for best performance.

I would like i7, 16gb ram, decent graphics card but no hardcore gaming such as bf3 or the like, im more of a civ5/football manager kind of guy. Though im keeping an eye on star citizen so dont want to shabby a graphics card.

Would like office and blue ray player also.

Any ideas or help would be welcome!

Hi sorry i just thought of that. Around £1000-£1200

Ssd would be nice but i know they are pricey

So gather you'r in the UK and buy from Novatech?

You should be able get a low Tier high end laptop - i7, gtx 8??m, 8gb ram, maybe ssd, 1 tb hdd, 17in 1080p with BD player
