Need help with startup

My pc turns on but there is nothing on the monitor and my mother board light flashes 7 times and then turns off and repeats btw i have a ga-b250m-ds3h gigabyte

That error is a CPU error.
The first thing I would do is reseat the CPU and try it.

You need to list all the parts your using.

Thanks for responding but i actually took it in the next day and had professional's check it out and it appeared to be my motherboard,ram,and vid card was all doa

I would not think you would get that many DOA parts. Sounds like their just guessing.
