Question Need help with stuttering, freezing and FPS drops.

Couple days ago I left my pc on overnight while gmod was still running in the background. Next day I tried to play another game and it was stuttering, freezing, with a lot of FPS drops. Also apps take awhile to open.

pc specs
Cpu: Ryzen 3 3200g
Mobo: msi b450 tomahawk
Ram: g.skill 2x8 ddr4 3600
Gpu: R9 270x

the games I tried to play ran fine before.

Do you hav Windows 10? If yes, open Task Manager. Then try to play those games your PC is struggling with. After a minute or longer check the charts in Performance tab and post them here (most important are CPU, memory, disks, and GPU) or capture those devices utilisation.

utilization for cpu on average is 36%
Memory 54%, disk 43% sometime would go to 100% back down then to 100% again and gpu 76% this was playing dayz on high graphics. I’ve also tried turning graphics down that didn’t help
