i have picked out
CPU) "AMD Ryzen 7 3800x with prism cooler"
i dont know if i need this or is i should go less im mostly am doing gaming and watching high 4k if opt is there on movies on streaming sites. i am running games that do ask for more then what my PC is able to handle now..

Motherboard) "Asus ROG Strix B450-F Gaming Motherboard (ATX) AMD Ryzen 2 AM4 DDR4 DP HDMI M.2 USB 3.1 Gen2 B450 "
i honestly dont know how good this motherboard is but i tryed a computer PC prebuild type web site and it said this board would not support my PC case i just bought: the outside USB ports. "NZXT H710i - CA-H710 i-BR - ATX Mid Tower PC Gaming Case - Front I/O USB Type-C Port - Quick-Release Tempered Glass Side Panel - Vertical GPU Mount - "
So my Question is whats a good up todate motherboard with a updated Bio (thats the other thing i got a warning on was the bio was out of date)

memory) "Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3200MHz C16 Desktop Memory Kit - Black"

SSD for the OS and other system programs) "Samsung (MZ-V7E500BW) 970 EVO SSD 500GB - M.2 NVMe Interface Internal Solid State Drive with V-NAND Technology, Black/Red "

i no nothing about SSDs or how to even connect this one in.

SSD/HDD hybrid for gaming) "Western Digital 4TB WD Black Performance Internal Hard Drive - 7200 RPM Class, SATA 6 Gb/s, 256 MB Cache, 3.5" - WD4005FZBX "
this is to save on cost and BC i need a larger HD because i do play alot of games and also im already going over 2tb on my other computer because up updates and MODS.. to the point i had to unload SKYRIM )had over 300 mods at the time the mods going over the 256 limit was graphic mods for the clouds and rocks and world wide type of retextures.) and my mods for it just for more space for games like RDR2 BL3 and so many others i do plain on getting a "SanDisk SSD PLUS 2TB Internal SSD - SATA III 6 Gb/s, 2.5"/7mm, Up to 545 MB/s - SDSSDA-2T00-G26 " later down in the road for other games and load games with mods onto this SSD...

OS spayware 10 (windows 10) i plain on getting this with my windows 7 CD code for free if i still can onto a /USB stick

GPU i am just going to reuse the one i have its a "2070ti super with 8gb" bought it on sell early this year..

power "Power Supply 600W Semi Modular 80+ Bronze, GAMEMAX VP-600-M-RGB"

for the most part these are the items i have picked i dont know if they are really all that good or if theres more update ideas like for the motherboard or if i could use a lesser CPU power. i guessed im better off asking ppl that know more then i do.

As far as I know there is no 2070ti... But watch out on the Motherbord, if it ships with the Zen2 Bios update. Otherwise this PC seems pretty overkill and it will pretty much run anything you throw at it.

I'll second this. Just get a B550 Mobo. Will last you way longer than a B450.

If I think....the build I suggested is overkill? Not sure what you're asking. I think it's a nice build, but not excessive. Get the 1TB SSD, games are huge these days, and it's better (now, and especially in the future with upcoming NVMe tech) to have games installed on a SSD.

when it comes to power supply, are the cords long enough? im only asking becuse my last computer i build. it was using the "Scout" case, it had handles easy to carry by lack of room, even so the cables it came with where really short and i had no way to hide the power cables..
with the motherboard are there any other good options you can think of? im trying to learn what i can .

i really have not read a computer mag in years BC most of the time my eyes really have been getting bad at bugging out... (i have a reading disability.. )

I don't foresee any build/fitment/cable length issues with the build I suggested. Even your original one should be free of issues, but I don't have much experience with Gamemax PSUs. They're more popular overseas, but still a "budget tier" brand as far as I know.
