Question Need help with this bluescreening/restarting problem

I've been having this issue for a few months now where my pc either blue screens or just restarts at random and every time i get this error code in events manager. The only thing i've noticed is that it doesnt happen when i play games but it tends to happen most when I watch yt or even when my pc is idle. I tried basic troubleshooting methods but nothing has worked. If anyone could help it would mean a lot.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

If you're seeing BSoD's then it's a good idea to include your .dmp files for us to look into. You will need to host them on an external site and then pass on a link for us to look through them.

the error code just means the system did not shutdown correctly before it was rebooted.
on boot up the system check for the dirty bit, it is set then windows makes the log entry and also has to run a chkdsk on your drives which delays the boot up process.

you should look for minidumps on your system and copy them to a server, set the file access to public access and post a link. we can see why the system bugchecked.
