Question Need help with this pc build

Hey,
Im making a new Gaming Rig for my brother with a price range from around $800. (pcpartpicker)

GTX 1660Ti
Ryzen 5 2600
Aorus B450
8GB
1TB HDD
250GB SSD, Crucial MX500 m.2

But it said:
'he motherboard M.2 slot #1 shares bandwidth with SATA 6.0 Gb/s ports. When the M.2 slot is populated with a SATA M.2 drive, three SATA 6.0 Gb/s ports are disabled'

I have no idea what this means and if it is bad yes or no. need help.
