Not sure what components in your list are included in your $800 total. Surely not all of them.

Right now is a TERRIBLE time to buy PSUs and mobos. Mobos are suffering from awful availability (although their pricing is still somewhat accurate). You're going to be paying at least $40 more for a PSU than you normally would/should due to COVID supply shortages.

RAM, CPU, and SSD prices are mostly unaffected by supply shortages.

The mobo you chose isn't guaranteed to SHIP with a Ryzen 3000 compatible BIOS. Yes, there's Ryzen 3000 compatible BIOS available on the manufacturer website, but you'd need a 1st or 2nd gen Ryzen CPU to perform the update. MSI's "MAX" series boards are guaranteed to ship with Ryzen 3000 BIOS. You...

All in all, if you can wait a month or two, supply shortages should subside and you'd probably be able to buy more for your $$.

You could get a used Optiplex Mini Tower for less than 100 dollars which counts for the motherboard and case, I wouldn't trust the PSU because its a bit older, Get a compatible CPU and max out the ram then throw the best PSU that is compatible with the Optiplex into it
