Need help with this stuff!

Hows it going guys, I was just wondering I have all this un-tidy stuff in my C:\ drive, I'll provide a prnt screen! can you explain why I have whiteouted folders and the tmp and bootmgr down the bottom, thanks : http://gyazo.com/d3eb5cc6132cb5b15ebcb9cef7bf736e if you guys could really help me out cause I don't know if I should delete them or not, but I've never seen them before!

i wouldnt go deleting these files if i were you,but rather use a program like ccleaner or privazer to weed out the junk.as well windows has a good disk cleaner built in that does a good job.
