[SOLVED] Need help with troubleshooting of my GPU. Urgent please

Hi, about one week ago I started having a pretty big problem with my pc. When I am trying to turn it on, it doesn't connect my USB devices, it just powers them on, so my G29 racing wheel doesn't calibrate, it just lights on, normally it would calibrate. I also can't get any video output on any of my two monitors. When i turn the computer off, and back on again, it usually works, but the bigger problem is if I turn on anything graphically intensive, my video driver seems to crash, I can see only a black screen. After few (5-45) seconds, it comes back on again, or just one of my monitors starts to work, I have to restart the computer and after that, everything works again just fine, until I turn on a game or a 4K video again.... I'm really stranded out here, and would love to get any help....

CPU - Intel Core i3 - 8100
RAM - 8 Gigs of HyperX Fury (don't know the frequency at the moment)
GPU - GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1060 WINDFORCE OC 6G
MOBO - ASROCK Z370 Pro4
PSU - Corsair VS650

replace that low end vs-series psu
could be the mobo too. test with other usb port for the wheel?

Thanks! That was actually the problem! Thanks a lot, i changed the PSU and the problems are away. Luv u.
