Hey guys,
I just "resurrected" my dead GPU (Sapphire HD6850 1GB), i used a hot hair dryer, the card worked for 10 minutes before giving me a red screen and dying again (no picture after boot) .
After that i put the card in front of a heater for 8 minutes and the card worked again and survived 1 hour of street fighter 4 on 1080p while the gpu core is downclocked by 20% and the fan is at 70% on AMD's crappy overdrive tool.
I installed Trixx and set the Gpu clock to 580 (775 factory) and the memory to 850 (1000 factory) in order to make the card more stable and cut off the work load in order to not jeopardize it any further.
Are my setting ok? i left the VDDC at 1149 , can it cause any problems?
Thanks in advance!
