Can this board support Quad processor?

No, there isn't a quad core available with that socket. You need a new motherboard to upgrade anymore, and with what you have, it's best to just start fresh.

That CPU is not compatible with your board. GPU memory has no relationship with the CPU at all. That memory is for the GPU alone.

Yes it does. It uses DDR2 RAM on the motherboard, but whatever RAM is on the GPU is not used by the CPU, only the GPU. It will always work.

If the bios doesn't have the necessary microcode to recognize it, the socket doesn't matter.
