Need help with upgrading my graphics card

I have ordered this Gtx 1060 and I am planning on putting it into this Asus rog g20aj and then also using this 500W power supply. I still have this Power adapter that came with my computer. Could someone please tell me what else I would need (cable-wise or other stuff) and maybe some good guides to follow, thanks.

The 1060 only requires one 6 pin power connector.

Could I also have a confirmation for the power supply. Will it work with my computer? And is this the right 6-pin power connector?

I assume you mean the external power brick is 500W? If so, yes, it should be compatible.
